We propose the study of existing laws and regulations on the federal and state levels and were needed the lobbying of new regulations and laws to ensure that space launch vehicles that utilize biofuels receive tax subsidies and that the production of rocket propellants from renewable sources receive tax incentives
WE propose that CO2 from the atmosphere converted into methane be treated as a Biofuel for tax purposes and that a launch vehicle is a motor vehicle
