Combined SEP delivery of habitat and sample return from Deimos
The hypothesis here is that a Habitat that is pressurized with Noble gases that serves as an additional reservoir of propellent is delivered to Deimos with a SEP stage and after Habitat prepositioning retrieves Deimos boulder for return to Earth.
The same idea applies to delivering habitats to asteroids and a subsequent sample return.
