The Wastewater to drinking water plants has sunk costs the plant would need to be expanded to treat freshwater
Or the Wastewater to tap reduces PFAS levels in reservoirs to EPA standards?
It would be our duty to destroy everything in the reverse osmosis brine leaving only the brine salts
