An Act to merge the Golden Gate Transit District with the Bay Area Rapid District
The State would fund over 20 years $15 Billion to run Bart across the Golden Gate Bridge and the Richmond-San Rafael bridge to connect to Smart.
The Funds would be payable if both entities agreed to the merger under this state action; (A)(1) The counties of the Golden Gate transit district would elect and/or appoint under the existing governing structures(A)(1) these GGTD board members would be transitional board members of the BART district
