HUD loans could fund electric vehicle loaner cars*** to elderly apartment complexes( and an Electric bus/van system) The apartment building would power these systems with solar voltaic power systems
*** every resident could borrow the car for 4 hours a week to go shopping
The van/bus would be for groups going to appointments and trips
