Could be used to fill in inter tank voids in my proposed decadel survey small fission reactor hybrid with a cryogenic upper stage.upper stage tank walls and upper stage hull combined with noble gas foamed polyethylene might be the combination we need to stop radiation from damaging  payload and avionics.These noble gasses are light weight neutron poisons.
